Doug Ebstyne
Chairman and CEO

Mr. Ebstyne has extensive communications, entrepreneurial, customer service and software expertise. Mr. Ebstyne is a 20 - year veteran of AT&T and served his last several years there as an SVP with P&L responsibilities for a $500+ million business unit. His experiences over the most recent 15 years have focused on building and leading businesses with early product concepts. He has successfully raised over $50 million in capital financing from private, public and corporate sources. Previously CEO of Coscomm, TeraCloud & Televar, Mr. Ebstyne has launched 3 start ups, VP Sales & Marketing at Davox and Mosaix. Mr. Ebstyne began his career with a technical (BSEE) and business (MBA) education and completed the Advanced Marketing program at Wharton.


Jeremy Whiteley
Founder and Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Whiteley founded Marketsync in 2005. He has been involved in promotional marketing since 1994, when he established a predecessor company to Marketsync, focused on promotional marketing. Jeremy successfully developed a loyal clientele in the high-technology industry, including relationships with Amazon.com, Intel and Microsoft. He subsequently diversified the client base outside high-tech and introduced enhanced marketing services offerings to supplement promotional product sales. Mr. Whiteley has completed studies in Advertising and Communications at the University of Washington. He has numerous industry achievements and both recognition and on-going involvements with the Promotion Marketing Association.


William Koszewski
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Koszewski enjoyed a successful 12-year career at Microsoft Corporation as a product manager, lead product manager, and product planner. He participated in the launch of Windows 95 as the lead product manager for mobile computing technology; introduced "DirectX" Windows gaming technologies to the consumer market; managed public relations for Internet Explorer version 3.0 and partner business development for Internet Explorer version 4.0; and most recently helped define product specifications and manage the worldwide introduction of Windows Automotive technology - the basis for "Microsoft Sync."

Bill has extensive experience in product planning and strategy, marketing communications, and technology management. He has successfully connected with audiences ranging from children's magazine writers to Bill Gates and Fortune 10 CEOs. Throughout his career, Bill made high-tech products and concepts approachable by focusing on solutions and business value - a perspective he brings to the product team at Marketsync today. At Marketsync, he is the lead inventor of the Company's flagship product, On-Demand Marketing, and works closely to align product capabilities with evolving customer requirements. Mr. Koszewski has a BA in Computer Science and Business Economics from Brown University.


Michael Bauer
SVP of Sales and Marketing

Michael Bauer joins Marketsync with more than 20 years of experience in high technology businesses, including senior leadership roles in Sales, channel, OEM, and business development. Previously he was VP of World Wide Sales at Bocada. Prior to Bocada he was a Regional Manager for Epiphany Software and prior to Epiphany, Mr. Bauer spent over 10 years driving domestic corporate and international channel sales for Mosaix, Inc., now a division of Avaya, Inc.
