Great tool to give sales execs more time with prospects

Marketsync is an excellent tool and truly minimizes menial tasks often associated with sales roles. It allows customized packages to be sent to each individual prospect with just the touch of a button. Marketsync increased our efficiency and is a huge time saver! It keeps sales execs on the phone with prospects instead of stuffing envelopes.

Marketsync is offering a killer app, and backs it up with tremendous service (specifically, Bill and Michael) and responsiveness. The ROI on this was incredible; because of direcTouch alone, we were able to double our sales team size and 10x our lead volume, while cutting in HALF our sales support staff. That may sound too good to be true, but it was really the case for us. I cannot recommend these folks and their app highly enough.

Anyone who uses Salesforce.com and generates lots of mail, should check this out

Seldom does one come across an idea that is so good and an implementation of that idea that matches the vision. Marketsync is allowing us to deliver mass-customized customer correspondence in a scalable, traceable way without having to build the systems in-house or continue to work with fulfillment providers that lack CRM integration. We maintain a detailed audit trail of all communications and the data to develop accurate ROI of each communication program.

Adding Marketsync On-Demand Marketing to our sales process has been a real success and time saver. Our sales team loves how easy Marketsync is to use for prospecting, to follow up with customers, and the print on demand service makes it easy to maintain an up-to-date collateral library.

Marketsync was a great addition to Salesforce. It has made it possible for my co-workers to complete customer relations campaigns with a couple of clicks – entire spreadsheets have disappeared! It has made my job much easier!

Our sales team really enjoys the simplicity and efficiency of using Marketsync. The ability to send personalized correspondence, collateral and promotional items from within Salesforce enables our sales reps to respond quickly to an opportunity without having to waste time compiling, packaging and shipping sales material.

I like the way Marketsync links the physical distribution with the integrated marketing actions that my sales execs can kick off from their SF account. This saves us tons of hassle and means the sales execs spend more time selling and I don't need the marketing admin overhead usually associated with this type of activity.
